Hi Yuri, I am really benefitting from the structure that the Treadmill Trainer workouts have given to my runs. When I started with volume 1, I thought at first that it would be too easy for me, but actually the intervals made it a lot more challenging than I expected. Having now moved on to Treadmill Trainer volume 2, I am benefitting hugely from the combination of increments and intervals. I know this will help me a lot in my 10k this year. Having run this is 70 minutes last year, I am hoping to complete it in under 60 minutes this year. The remaining volumes will no doubt come in useful in the preparation for my first half marathon in October. I only hope that there will soon be a treadmill trainer programme tailored to training for a marathon, as this is the challenge I have set myself for the next year.
