Order Fulfillment is also referred to the pick, pack and shipping process. This is another name for it because essentially that’s what it really is. When an order is received by a company, or by its fulfillment warehouse, the picking process begins. The items that are order is picked and organized to go out. Once everything is together the packing process begins. The items that were picked are now packed in the proper packaging that will keep all the items in mint condition. Last is the shipping, once the items are picked and packed, they are shipped to the proper destination in a timely manner.
