I am beginning to hate my job. My current employer is showing a number of undesirable behaviours. It is not just me who is noticing his sudden attitude changes. He curses his employees when we commit petty mistakes. He asks us to render overtime but he is not paying for it accordingly. Some of my fellow workers are even planning to seek legal advice to know what appropriate action must be done for his violations. Although I am afraid to lose my job, I asked for a friend’s advice. He is presently out of job but according to him, he’s getting benefits from the government. I want to know if you can still apply for unemployment benefits if you quit a job. If this is allowable, I think I’ll be sending my resignation letter the soonest possible time.
