My brother and I were talking on the phone the other night, and he told me that he had heard about my accident. I asked him what he had heard, and he told me that he had been told by our dad that the other guy involved was trying to sue me with a whiplash claim. Since the accident wasn’t actually my fault, it was likely that I wouldn’t have to pay for anything, but the whole idea of going to court did scare me a little bit. I told my brother that I wanted to see if I could get my insurance company to just help him out.
