A few years ago our community came together to build a wooden playground at one of the parks.  Everyone was asked to volunteer at least ten hours of sweat and hard work.  We also had to attend a safety meeting.  At that meeting the lead person reviewed the construction site safety plan with us.  I remember being in awe by all the details and the carefully thought out plan.  I was assigned to do a safety check on the nails.  I had to make sure they were all hammered in properly, and not sticking up, or hammered so hard that they were sunken into the wood.  Because the task was presented to me as being very important, I took the job very seriously.  To this day, I still remember that I discovered 23 nails that needed to be hammered further.
