The most unprofitable habit of day traders is when they enter a trade that is obviously losing. Failure to realize that a trade is losing is more likely to result in losses. To keep this from happening, trade a system which you think is winnable. Poor discipline is also an unprofitable habit in day trading. When you don’t stick to strategies and rules, you are considered an undisciplined day trader. If your risk capital is not enough, you will not only be unprofitable but suffer from big losses as well. Losses which you could’ve prevented by increasing your profit capital. Incompetence in managing money can also make you unprofitable.
