He explained that they have 24 hour service and most of the time can do the repair the same day of the visit. The thing he was most excited about from their service was that when you call, you actually get to speak to a live person who is knowledgeable and helpful. An actual rarity now days to speak to a human and not a computer that wants you to push buttons.
