I had all of my training material laid out, I knew exactly what I needed to get this group in order. I had to give them a course on network marketing lead generation as it was one of the more prominent subjects in our field. I was glad that the group of people I selected was rather smart and had a few years to develop their lead generation tactics. I was a bit worried about that when I stepped in the room and I knew that that would be a big issue. Well nonetheless they was jumping on this bandwagon quickly.
