Water is such an overlooked component of a strong nutrition plan. I always think of the fat person sitting at Burger King with the salad sucking down the gallon size diet coke. I give them credit for trying but really look at that meal for a second. Diet soda has zero calories but it is full of artificial sweeteners which mess with your glucose levels which in turn damages your body’s ability to properly regulate fat stores.
