Every morning for the past three months I have been taking a scoop of acai berry powder and mixing it with water or juice before breakfast. This is usually at least thirty minutes beforehand. The results have been amazing as I have so much more energy to kick start my day. By the time I have breakfast my energy levels are really high. I then have my body burning its own fat stores and a faster metabolic rate means that I burn my breakfast off pretty quickly. I actually repeat the process before lunch and take this momentum forward through the afternoon. Dinner is always a light affair so I do not take unwanted calories with me to bed.
