Ideally when I started driving a truck my long term goals were to one day have a fleet of my own and hire out drivers. Then it started dawning on me that it may not be the best way to go because then I am going to be reliant on where the loads are dropped and if the truckers get paid on time. I still have my own bills to pay when running a business and sometimes I have to front my own expenses if not paid on time. Hopefully with more companies doing truck factoring I will once again have a dream of owning a fleet.
